The core ServiceAlert platform was designed around the needs of a water utility when they undertake work such as mains pipe renewal and unplanned/emergency works.
As the platform developed – it was extended to incorproate the needs of contractors first and then the gas, electricity and telecoms utilities before being expanded once more to incorporate road works reporting and the needs of county, boroughm town and parish councils.
